There are two components, a discussion and an examination.

How long will the consultation last?

The usual duration is 15 minutes; this however may increase to 30 mins depending on the procedure you wish to discuss.  .

Will I be shown any visual aids to help me envisage my procedure?

Computer simulations of ‘before and after’ visuals of the procedure may be available for some operations.
